Global Beauty Brand is seeking a contract Senior Marketing Manager with a digital first approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the rollout of rebranding, competitive positioning, and growth plan
- Build an 360 brand experience across categories, including: earned/owned media
- Influencer marketing strategy, partnerships & measurement
- Amplify brand presence and impact at Retail
- Partner with Category Insight team to build & optimize brand’s Category stories
- Optimize total brand’s Shopper Marketing strategy & playbook
Qualifications:
- 6 years of Marketing Experience
- MBA preferred
- Strong business analytics, consumer insights development
- Must have good communication and influencing skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented
- Self-starter – ability to work independently and independently solve problems
- Execution focused / able to make things happen in a matrixed environment
- Ability to collaborate and inspire groups across functions to action.
- Project management capabilities – ability to manage complex project work-streams across multiple dimensions
- Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong results
- Beauty or Consumer Packaged Goods marketing experience is preferred
