Position Description

 

The Senior Marketing Manager for 24 Seven Talent will help develop the implementation of the company’s umbrella marketing strategy to drive continued growth for the overall business. They will oversee the company’s content marketing strategy, brand strategy, brand awareness, brand reputation, internal comms, event marketing, public relations, and drive innovation and best practices across marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong operational capabilities, results and outcome-oriented, a creative problem solver, highly collaborative, and able to drive sales and marketing unification across the business.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with EVP of Marketing to develop strategies and programs to facilitate growth initiatives

  • Develop, refine and manage the 24 Seven Content strategy, inclusive of our quarterly job market reports and website pillar pages

  • Initiate and implement measurable strategies that support driving the Company’s revenue goals and increase awareness at all levels of the business’s reach

  • Actively participate in the annual marketing planning process to integrate strategy work with operational planning, along with the creation of a master calendar of events

  • Work to integrate acquired Brands into overall 24 Seven brand and programs

  • Develop marketing communications including branding, advertising, public relations, events, seminars and collateral materials, market research, and content either directly or on an outsourced basis

  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities

  • Define repeatable processed, templates and frameworks

  • Explore technical platforms and tools that can help streamline and automate processes

  • Implement strategic marketing campaigns connecting all platforms, including website, email, print, and social media, own marketing calendar development and management

  • Track and report spend and performance by channel as well as communicate media plans, results, and optimizations to key internal stakeholders

  • Direct public relations and communications strategies and ensure consistent and cohesive branding and messaging across platforms

  • Build and implement a brand reputation and awareness program

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns that drive revenue

  • Identify growth opportunities and define, develop, and own marketing strategy, vision, and plan to materialize on those opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally to grow the business through multiple marketing channels, including content, campaigns, social media, partnerships, SEO, events, referrals, lifecycle, and performance channels

  • Drive sales and marketing unification across the business

 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ brand marketing experience

  • A track record in B2B marketing leadership roles, including experience scaling a growing team, supporting executive level teams, and driving company-wide marketing strategies and initiatives

  • Experience managing an annual budget and achieving excellent performance metrics

  • Knowledge of the core principles of modern marketing and awareness of the key trends shaping marketing innovation

  • Experience creating and executing marketing plans that drove measurable improvements in awareness and new customer growth

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus

  • BA (MBA is a plus)
