Our client, a high-growth platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team to lead development on our post-sale customer experience products.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of users experience post-sale, inclusive of customer care and retention.
- Act as SME on trends in consumer care and retention, utilizing that knowledge to develop the roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end product development and drive conversion.
- Define metrics and analyze user impact with A/B tests in the check-out funnel
- Identify opportunities and launch new enhancements
Senior Product Manager Qualifications:
- 3-7 years' digital product management experience
- End-to-End product delivery experience
- Experience in B2B2C preferred
