Project / Role details:
We are looking for a senior researcher to help drive research and data-led improvements for two upcoming projects –
• A global leader in consumer packaged goods (CPG) who are repositioning their brand to win in D2C.
• A SaaS client who wants to drive performance on a leading B2B software marketplace

You’ll be working closely with a multi-disciplinary team (strategy, creative, UX, product, content) to drive consumer insights, rapidly test service propositions and support feature testing.
Must Have:
• Ability to research and package global trends & consumer insights
• Familiarity with audience insight tools such as GWI & TGI – ability to segment and size audiences and mine insights
• Experience of rapid and agile online concept testing – set-up, discussion guides, moderation, report creation and team / client debriefs
• Experience of agile feature testing
• Synthesising data into findings and insights
• Report writing
SaaS B2B
You’ll be working closely with a product manager, senior experience designer and data analyst to rapidly user test wireframes or prototypes in 3 week sprints.
These user tests will help provide new insight into customer needs, behaviours and attitudes and how the wireframes or prototype can address these needs. You will need to synthesize the findings, analyse the results and collect them into output learnings
Must Have:
• Experience with usability and concept testing methodologies
• Writing discussion guides
• Setting up remote testing
• Moderating remote one-on-one sessions
• Synthesising data into findings and insights
• Report writing
• Confidence with data analysis
Good to have:
• B2B software and/or marketplace experience
• Working knowledge and understanding of web analytics
• Experience optimising websites/digital products to improve KPIs
