The Sr UI Designer takes a strategic and creative approach to all design work. This role drives and supports their ideas from initial concept through successful launch of a project. The Sr UI Designer takes direction well, is team oriented, and takes initiative. This role works on projects collaboratively with cross-functional teams and gains experience interacting with client teams and senior stakeholders through all stages of design."
YOU WILL:
• Explore and define visual design directions
• Apply visual design direction to wireframes and create high-end visual comps
• Desire to sketch out ideas first
• Define visual behaviors (transitions and animations)
• Produce dev-ready assets
• Collaborate with IA/IxDs to define overall UX concepts
• Present visual designs to clients and CD
• Work with design leads, on-site and remotely

QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFICATIONS:
• Some experience in digital media/ad agency environment preferred
• Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency
• Web/mobile site and UI visual design experience
• Illustration and animation skills are a plus
• Mobile/cross-channel is a big plus
• Prototyping skills are a plus
• Knowledge of sketch is a plus
• 3D skills are a plus
• Hands-on, get things done attitude
• Ability to work independently
