Position: SEO Copyeditor
Company Overview:
Our client is a creative agency in Westport CT offering high impact creative solutions across live action, photography, motion graphics and web design. Their offices are warm and welcoming with an eclectic group of exciting and intelligent people. In this position you will work on food and bev brands.
Start: ASAP
Duration: temp-perm, potential for full-time for the right candidate
Location: Remote (preferred if able to commute in office 1-2 days a week)
Position Overview:
In this role you will review copy and provide and audit of the copy based on the client and industry goals. Targeting junior to mid level talent*
Responsibilities:
- Edit copy as needed
- Suggest keyword injections, subject to include, changes to the copy, meta description development for the page and other SEO related recommendations
- Provide recommendations and solutions based on SEO best practices related to their industry
- Can be either on or off site
Key Qualifications:
- Good writing skills
- Experience completing SEO audits, reviewing keyword performance (using tools like Google Analytics or SEO Moz etc)
- Experience writing/confirming with Meta tags and information
