Showroom & Executive Clothier Assistant
Responsibilities
• Greet and serve David August Clients & Guests
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquires
• Support the Director of Retail and Executive Clothiers
• Assists the Chief of staff as needed
• Tag and stock new clothing & accessories
• Assist clothiers with showroom and offsite appointments
• Interact with clients in the showroom
• Maintain the client kitchen
• Assist in accessorizing orders
• Weekly inventory for re-ordering purposes
• Participate in Monthly Inventory
• Print and Wrap Gift Certificates & Gifts
• Create & mange digital Wardrobe Books
• Assist with Special Projects
• Personal Shopping for Clients
• Pull merchandise for e-com & social media photoshoots
• Occasional Travel (passport required)
• Prepare Clothiers for appointments
• Enter/style orders as directed by Clothier’s
• Transcribe notes/videos taken during appointments and ensure all respective parties receive accurate and timely information
• Print reports as needed.
• Assists purchasing team with inquiries related to open sales orders
• Daily communication
• Daily reporting
• Make sure wardrobe books are updated and printed 24 hours before delivery
• Pull accessories for client photoshoots
• Other duties, as assigned
• Errands as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
• Men’s Fashion retail experience is required
• Fashion showroom / office management experience is preferred
• Must be highly organized and efficient
• Excellent prioritization skills in a fast-paced changing environment
• Willing to take on spontaneous tasks - “Can do” attitude
• Very detailed orientated
• Be able to receive direction
• Must be confident when communicating with everyone at all levels
• Reliable; dependable; resourceful
• Take ownership of tasks and be accountable
• Proficient with a high volume of emails and phone calls
• Office Suite experience is required
• Polite, well groomed, reliable, dedicated, and exceptional conversation skills are a must
• Well-traveled a plus
