Our community is growing faster than we can manage. We’re looking for a savvy Community Manager with a strategic mind to roll up their sleeves, take the reigns, and help grow/expand our current program.
In this role, you’ll combine your creativity, enthusiasm, and stellar social media knowledge to create compelling social campaigns, partner with content creators on various projects, work with Marketing, Design, and PR to use content throughout the brand's experience, and oversee the progress and performance of deliverables. At the same time, you’ll be serving as the point person between influencers and the company, and curate a social community that has enthusiasm, energy, and diversity. We need someone who has great interpersonal relationship skills and can take feedback from community members and use it to evolve the program.
- Build and manage a Brand Ambassador program for the company, reaching growth goals for Ambassadors
- Develop engaging activities for Brand Ambassadors that promote value proposition and support marketing campaigns.
- Help shape and implement our community and influencer marketing strategies
- Work with our Influencer agency to approve content, influencers and report on KPIs.
- Develop and own a calendar to guide the creation of relevant content and make it accessible to partnering teams such as Marketing, Site, PR, Design etc.
- Report on performance and make recommendations for growth and performance.
- Proven track record of community/relationship management
- Fluency in social media management platforms and project management skills
- Data driven and proficient in social and ecommerce metrics
- Self-directed and ability to prioritize workload
