KREATR is looking for a rockstar social media community manager to join its marketing and creative team to lead community management and social media content development. A social influencer in your own right, you live and breathe social and are stoked to join a kick*ss team of creators and marketers to help build the KREATR brand into a global NFT marketplace. You're strategic but scrappy, a team player, enthusiastic, and willing to go with the flow. You know how to hang with our fun and active crew of surfers, motobike riders, skaters, and music lovers. You're just as excited to come into our HQ on a daily basis as you are to jump in the car and capture content at an NFT event, live concert, wall mural painting or artist interview. Critical Responsibilities: Own the day to day always-on social media creator-centric content calendar, content creation and community management/engagement across our owned and operated community channels targeting artists, creators, curators, collectors and fans. Build and grow community through identification of super users, promotion of community, content, and critical initiatives to drive engagement. Understand and execute white listing with top notch influencers and partners. Own day to day community management and social publishing platforms, ensuring the KREATR voice (edgy not extreme, approachable not alienating, clever not condescending, empathetic not indifferent, dynamic not unimaginative.) breaks through the clutter and reaches target audiences in unique, engaging, and creative ways. Respond to questions, concerns, and other communications inside the community multiple times throughout the day. Ability to think creatively, use the treasure trove of content available from our artists as well as in/around KREATR HQ to proactively create, publish, and post material on social media channels and forums. Identify social media trends and breakthrough opportunities across community channels to ensure KREATR is at the forefront of the cultural zeitgeist. Keep a keen eye on the competitive NFT and online art market landscape to ensure KREATR content is differentiated and breakthrough. Provide weekly recaps of social media growth. Discover platforms, apps, and tools that can help find new customers, improve performance, and generate ongoing revenue Manage and execute social campaigns, facilitate and grow community relationships and engagements across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, and new channels as they present themselves. Ability and excitement to partner with featured artists, brand partners, and internal teams to create a highly engaging social media brand. Work collaboratively across functions, particularly the Brand Creative Studio, to bring brand to life via social media integration opportunities. Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to address support issues, and Product to feature product integrations and releases. Build and manage a channel-specific social media content library. Work with Creative Brand Studio to develop stories but also have the ability to create content on the fly at events and on a day to day basis. Willingness to travel, go to local and national events is required. Love and passion for the KREATR Brand; major team player; willingness to jump in, be flexible, copy write, engage with Artists. A Renaissance man or woman who lives and breathes KREATR purple. Requirements: Must live in Orange County or LA and commute into Kreatr HQ daily. Active presence in Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and other social media channels; Influencer in their own right. Lifestyle brand experience , native on social and digital channels. Deep understanding and interest in the NFT landscape Understanding of the mechanics and content types across social media channels, tagging, tracking, and storytelling vehicles. Strong written and verbal English communication skills and fluency in social media best practices across channels Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field or technical degree with relevant experience 2+ years of experience in community or social media content creation Desire and ability to learn new things and adapt to changing circumstances, roll up your sleeves, and help build the KREATR brand KREATR KREATR is an NFT marketplace for real artists producing real art.
