A busy corporate client is looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid social campaigns
- Collaborate with key cross-functional departments to confirm social media campaign effectiveness and ensure social media is incorporated into all the company’s campaigns
- Monitor competitive social landscape, market changes, and developments, remain current of emerging industry and digital trends, and provide highly strategic recommendations
- Liaise with the internal team to develop and plan strategic and tactical digital launches and oversee the social media budget and provide updates to necessary partners
- Manage the paid media performance reporting process and communicate results with key stakeholders
- Design strategies that focus on retention/acquisition objectives with leads, being the main KPI
- Ensure proper escalation path for campaigns that are not performing as expected
- Manage campaigns so that they are editorially strong and optimized to achieve desired results
- Analyze relevant performance metrics and report actionable insights to internal team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in paid social media management
- Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
- Understanding of omnichannel digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about quickly evolving digital/social media environment with a strong point of view to share with clients and colleagues
