Our insurance and finance client has an immediate need for a skilled Social Media Program Manager to join their team on a 4 month contract that has potential to extend.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Targeting the right audiences
- Setting up the campaigns on those channels ad platforms
- Campaigns for all business units
- Strategy in place for 2021, so a matter of following it through (depending on timing, may need this role to continue into 2022 and help with strategy)
- Billing process internally
- Reporting and understanding results, nuances of each platform, etc
- Limited needs at this point for working with internal creative team to create new social ad campaigns
- Organic social
- In support of all business units
- Ideally some knowledge of insurance topics, retirement topis
- Posting best practices on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
- We use the Khoros platform to schedule posts
- Working with internal creative team to create new content as needed for all business units (in support of existing strategy and most likely to augment existing content/campaigns/thought leadership topics)
- Reporting on results across all platforms using Khoros dashboards already in place
- In support of all business units
- Community Management
- Responding to questions, comments, complaints on all three platforms
- Primarily complaints on Facebook related to disability claims
- Existing process in place to follow
- Can also be managed through Khoros platform
- Employee advocacy program for social
- Posting content on our employee advocacy platform, Dynamic Signal
- Primarily pulling from approved organic social content from LinkedIn
- User support (training, adding new users, etc)
- Results reporting
- PLUS: Content creation
- Videos, blogs, infographics, landing pages, etc
- Program management (working with creative, PM, agencies)
