Special Programs Coordinator

24 Seven’s Special Programs Coordinator assists in all aspects of both VMS and Payrolling departments in relations to onboarding, timecards and compliance. The person in this role will understand and attend to the needs of all VMS and Payrolling clients and candidates to ensure any concerns are efficiently addressed. Additionally, VMS the timecard process must be managed to meet weekly billing goals, and compliance issues such as client audits will be managed with urgency and accuracy.

Daily Work:

VMS Timecards:
Work with candidates and VMS to ensure that there is no difficulty inputting and approving hours into the electronic timecard systems, including:

• New candidate setup/training
• Time entry as needed
• Troubleshooting
• Uploads to payroll
• Utilization of Push Payment Tracker

Client Support:

Handle onboarding documentation including background checks and tax paperwork for 24 Seven VMS and Payrolling candidates. Assist with timecard issues and portal submissions as needed by the Payrolling Manager, and hold responsibility for the following weekly reporting
• Act as a liaison for payrolling clients and candidates
• Onboarding for Payrolling accounts
• Payrolling placement and candidate profile management
• Support clients with payrolling inquiries
• Work order extensions
• Client audits
• Tax paperwork audits
• Background check audits

Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources, service oriented and be able to multi-task. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
