Job description

Looking for a Senior Account Executive with a self-starter mentality to support our team across campaign execution for a 6 month contract assignment. This position is part-time and must be willing to work PST time zone.

Will be working alongside the Client Service Senior Account Executive and the client, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for ensuring all tactical aspects of assigned projects keep moving, including: campaign execution, working with multiple stakeholders, maintenance of campaign tools, and supporting the client. While responsibilities are consistent day-to-day, each project has variations that make for an interesting workday!

Responsibilities (what is done day-to-day):

  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to solve problems are a must.
  • Support client in creative routing/review process
  • Work with multiple stakeholders on development of marketing tactics
  • Ensure all campaigns are following all process steps and timelines
  • Develop and update PowerPoint presentations
  • Organize, maintain and store data spreadsheets for on-going programs, making it easily accessible for decision-making
  • Regularly conduct Quality Control checks to ensure output is complete and accurate Have day-to-day attention to detail, but can also look beyond the detail and understand how each piece fits into the bigger picture
  • Demonstrate the thoughtfulness and maturity to recognize when to take the initiative and when to consult with their team or supervisor
  • Possess strong presentation skills, both in developing and presenting the material Have direct marketing understanding and experience
  • Act as key point of contact between 50+ TV networks and key client
  • Responsible for managing, tracking, and executing upon budget
  • Assist with developing strategic marketing briefs
  • Support internal retail teams as lead point of contact
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders, including internal teams, branding, and legal department attributes
  • Have day-to-day oversight of account activities including planning, creative development, creative execution, results/campaign reporting
  • Serve as liaison on the phone between client, internal departments and team members, and other stakeholders
  • Understand and interpret client needs into actionable direction for internal teams and programming partners with supervisor, balance workload to prioritize action while upholding accuracy and excellence
  • Oversee project quality control, anticipate potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Help prepare for and participate in key client meetings
  • Support on-time project delivery, flawless execution and contribute to growing client relationships
  • Strong communicator; strong written and verbal communication, proactive in communicating project statuses, and follow-up/follow-through to report back on completed tasks
  • Positive attitude with a passion for continued learning
  • Strong project management skills

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years previous work experience (internships count)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Successful data entry and/or Excel spreadsheet management experience
  • Exposure to proofing, reviewing and verifying data
  • Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience in working across multiple departments/facilitating work flows
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain required performance level and project accuracy in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communications
