Our client, a growing and independently owned boutique advertising agency is looking for a Client Service / Account Manager to act as key point of contact with client and internal creative, production and media team for execution of multi-channel initiatives. This is a FTE opportunity based in LA.
Key responsibilities are managing the day-to-day activities for integrated marketing efforts for digital marketing, TV, direct mail, and brand awareness initiatives. Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the desire to be a part of a team that is deeply committed to the work of our clients. Demonstrated ability for attention to detail and understanding when to build or break a process. You are the glue that holds the team together and handling multiple projects simultaneously is a strong suit of yours.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing direct mail projects, be willing to learn and also be a self-starter with both strong quantitative skills and an ability to think creatively. This position understands the clients’ challenges, business goals and culture and builds strong partnerships with team members at all levels. Reports to Client Partnership Lead.
- Bachelor’s degree. 2-5 years agency or marketing experience including a knowledge of direct mail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (in particular, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience and/or interest in non profit work highly desired.
Full time position with flexibility on in-office and remote working.
