Client Overview: Our client, a premier healthcare organization, is looking for a seasoned Content Manager passionate about curating and converting leads with engaging content. The ideal candidate has experience generating content across various digital, social, and print channels to organically increase new patient acquisition.

Senior Content Manager Overview: Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Content Manager will be responsible for creating and executing effective, conversion-focused digital content for social and digital ads, landing pages, print collateral, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. The manager will create and execute effective SEO strategies and community engagement tactics; as well as be responsible for overseeing content execution across multiple channels with measurable growth. You Will:

· Lead key content projects that align with the overall brand voice, vision, and mission to connect with target audience

· Optimize content for SEO to increase prospective conversions through improved rankings and increased engagement

· Analyze metrics to assess effective content strategies and adjust accordingly

· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external organizations viewed as key content collaborators and/or relevant stakeholders

· Uphold the company’s cultural principles in all aspects of the position

· Manage up to date editorial calendar and identify campaign opportunities optimal for brand growth

· Develop and design creative and innovative strategies for patient acquisition campaigns based on data analysis

· Execute digital and print marketing strategies that drive increased engagement and followers through attention grabbing posts, stories, and thoughtful community management across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

· Concept and collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing moments, delivering effective and impactful copy across multiple channels (including blogs, advertising, email campaigns, infographics, print advertisements, digital experiences, and in-product messaging)

You Have:

· 5+ years of print and digital marketing experience

· Healthcare writing experience and working knowledge of HIPAA

· Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics

· Email marketing software experience (i.e., Active Campaign)

· Experience with SEO platforms (i.e., BrightEdge, SEMrush)

· Extensive experience in B2B and B2C social media strategies with proven results in brand awareness and increased engagement

· Strong editorial skills: able to write, proofread, and edit content; develop and own an editorial calendar to ensure timely content; and collaborate with marketing partners and design team to ensure consistent brand messages across all channels

· Patient-centric mentality, ability to understand the patient’s needs and challenges and translate them into compelling content

· In-depth understanding of SEO marketing principles

· A portfolio that demonstrates marketing skillset in original content creation and editing across an array of media

· Ability to compellingly communicate a brand story, and a design sensibility to envision how content could be presented or distributed in formats other than text-based articles, such as infographics or multimedia presentations

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with high capacity to collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and vendors
