Role Overview:

The Creative Strategy Manager II will lead the development and execution of breakthrough creative campaigns that drive consideration for the  brand and key products, partnering closely with internal business stakeholders, creatives, brand strategists, and external agencies.

 

Responsibilities:

-Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that help reposition the brand, and drive consideration of key products that expand the brand’s value.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners (brand strategy, creative, social, media, performance marketing), vertical teams and marketing leadership.

-Collaborate across centralized marketing and vertical marketing teams to plan an annual marketing calendar and implement the creative needed for each integrated campaign heavy-up.

-Evaluate media recommendations and influence how the creative campaign should come to life across channels. Own the planning for content production, including timelines, budgets and resourcing (when to lean on agency partners for creative development and when to produce internally).

-Manage creative projects to ensure the highest level of quality, working with both internal creative teams and agency partners. Lead and support creative briefs, creative reviews, aligned stakeholder feedback, track and translate legal inputs, measurement plans, and interpretation of creative performance results to inform future optimizations.

-Manage the creative development process through production, to deliver assets on time and on budget. Proactively anticipate issues or roadblocks and collaborate cross-functionally to find solutions. Drive process optimization to operate efficiently.

 

Qualifications:

. Bachelor’s degree

· 5+ years’ experience in working Creative Project Management and/or Production Operations capacity

· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

· Proven track record allocating creative resources and optimizing creative workflows

· Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

· Detail oriented and organized; ability to prioritize and multitask

· Strong and persuasive presentation skills
