24 Seven is partnering with an exceptional creative agency who is looking to find a Senior Designer.

We are looking for a Sr. Designer to join our full-service creative team of photographers, videographers, designers, writers and motion specialists.
Primary Job Description:
The Senior Designer will guide the experience that connects users with content. They will create projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative continuity and success for all clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with creative teams to concept and execute strong campaigns from start to finish
- Create innovative design solutions for any given brief
- Take a leadership role when presenting to internal teams and clients
- Execute photo retouching, comps, mood boards, storyboards, design files, and motion pieces
- Work with team members to ensure the creative vision is consistently executed at a high standard
- Lead brainstorm and working sessions to create thoughtful executions
- Ability to work independently or with team members to see projects through
- Mentor junior team members to help develop their design skills
- Demonstrate original thinking and meet challenges with resourcefulness
- Build and maintain a team rapport with creative, account, strategy, & project management team members
Experience and other Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- At least 5+ years of design experience. Agency experience is a plus.
- Portfolio including integrated campaigns focusing on digital and social executions
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative creative concepts and design solutions
- Understanding of current design trends and emerging technologies
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong hand skills including sketching, drawing or hand lettering
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms
- Effective and clear presentation skills
- Concise verbal and written communication
