Client Overview:
Our client is looking for Sr. Designers to join their team for some upcoming project. Their team is small and consists of 4 Art Directors, 2 Sr. Designers, and 1 sr. production artist. They would like to have the Sr. Designer be the one that is executed on design needs for projects and the Art Director to be more high level. They have been producing and also creating interactions, microsites, emails for digital events (creating skins for broadcasting events)
What We Are Looking For:
- Designers that are coming out of classically trained designed school
- Needs to be able to add to the discussion, not just be told what to do, needs to elevate discussion
- Needs to be familiar with current Adobe and in the world of design
- Not just about tactile live experience
- You do a lot of presentation design/proposals -someone very comfortable in PowerPoint, making that experience better design process
- Working on ideas with Art Director then working independently then coming back with work to art director and then presenting to the client
-Looking for multiple freelancers that they can have on going relationships with for projects
-Looking for designers skilled in Adobe, InDesign, photoshop, illustrator, and after effects
- Wants someone who is able to do light animation
- Someone that can work in fast paced environment
- Designers that can talk through their thought process with regard to their portfolio
- Design aesthetic is crisp and contemporary
-XD and after effects would be a bonus
