Pay rate: $55-60/hr DOE
Potential Salary: $110-115K+ DOE

One of our digital agency clients is looking for a Sr. Digital Media Planner with retail e-commerce and marketplace experience to join their team for at least two months.

This Sr. Digital Media Planner will work directly with clients to develop digital media strategies and plans for Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce channels/marketplaces.

The Sr. Digital Media Planner must have experience creating media and search briefs, reviewing and guiding media plans, and developing client retail media strategies.

Ideal Sr. Digital Media Planner candidates will have:
- At least 5+ years of digital media planning/buying experience
- Well-versed in Amazon Advertising, DSP, Search, and/or other retailers experience, working in a managed or self-service capacity
- Experience planning, buying and executing dynamic e-commerce digital media plans
- Proven experience analyzing data and market research.
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Excel, bid management tools, and DSP's
- Performance marketing experience for brand or retailer e-commerce and shopper campaigns
- Bid Management experience - i.e. Skai, Pacvue, etc.
- Proven track records of delivering great media performance for clients
- Passionate about eCommerce and the change it's driving across retail for brands
- Comfortable working with creative, account, media, and analytics teams

Job Responsibilities:
- Own the full funnel search and display media engagement for retailers and RMNs from the ground up with both a strategic lens and ability to dive into the details in an agile environment
- Partner with Media Directors to manage a team of strategists and associates
- Set short-term and long-term strategy in partnership with the client
- Serve as a decision maker for retailer media, including programmatic with DSP, on-site search and display placements, and high-impact platforms
- Understand business goals and be able to clearly develop, articulate, and build a means of reaching them through assigned roles and responsibilities 
- Understand how media on retailers works together with other media, media outside of retailer platforms, and offline
- Actively engage with a variety of tools (Bid Management, Merchant Words, Jungle Scout, etc.) and leverage these to guide decision making
- Create media strategies, media plans, conduct optimizations, and testing for all aspects of the purchase funnel and broader media plans
- Deliver reporting and analysis on key metrics that move the business forward
- Seek white space and find new opportunities to drive results from an eCommerce lens
