This position will require experience in E-Commerce development practices with a proven track record of contributing within a deadline driven environment. The position requires understanding and prior experience in leading direct to consumer ecommerce
business including strategy and oversight, financial planning, road mapping, content development, user experience, website design and web analytics.


Essential Functions:
• Defines the vision for the end-to-end eCommerce omni channel experience
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders supply chain, merchandising, marketing and IT
• Directs and oversees ecommerce investments and builds
• Translates the site vision into a roadmap that is aligned to our financial, customer, and brand goals
• Develop and execute eCommerce programs that will increase conversion rates, market share, key segments and managing margin across the product portfolio.
• Manages and oversees all ecommerce merchandising working with internal teams and stakeholders
• Drive SEO to improve search rankings
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by implementing strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, revenue, and profitability.
• Advances a growth agenda including driving segmented customer journeys, increasing personalization and relevance, and omni-channel features
• Monitors and manages performance, drive insights to guide improvements
• Manages daily E-commerce operations including, online merchandising, operations, promotion, and content execution.
• Drives alignment with marketing, merchandising, and promotional calendar.
• Directs improvements to ensure customer satisfaction with the ecommerce experience
• Oversees all pricing, data, and updates to ensure compliance
• Launches key promotions working cross functionally
• Research, test and launch apps that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
• Develop a testing plan to continually improve online and offline tactics, creative messaging, landing page optimization to increase traffic growth and conversion
• Oversee the development and enhancements of E-Commerce platform – including optimizing experience in areas like Product Pages, Catalog, Search, Cart & Checkout
• Experience in directing and developing engaging content and creative that leads to conversion
• Develop a testing plan to continually improve online and offline tactics, creative messaging, landing page optimization to increase traffic growth and conversion
• Have a thorough understanding of all sources of customer data and utilize Data & Analytics
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing work team, encouraging excellence and building an in-house team
• Responsible for team development by clearly articulating strategy and goals while establishing clear job expectations
• Develop monthly ecommerce forecast including traffic, sales, and conversion. Provides weekly reporting and insight into ecommerce performance
• Manages and oversees Chat Team


Qualifications:
• Deep working knowledge of the digital environment and tools and platforms used to deliver an exceptional online
experience.
• Significant experience in b2c ecommerce. Omnichannel and Brick and Mortar experience is necessary
• 12+ years in ecommerce with growing responsibilities, ideally in an omni-channel environment
• 5+ years in B2C retail ecommerce role
• Experience with web analytics tools and using data to make decisions
• Strong leadership and proven ability to build and manage a high performing team.
• Proven track record of converting data into actionable improvement
• Ability to define strategic vision, operationalize the delivery, and monitor and pivot
• Experience working in a nimble, fast paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required, MBA a plus
