Our client is seeking a passionate Sr. Graphic Designer to bring to life our brand brand through creative concepting and execution. This key person will integrate all branding elements to create a cohesive brand aesthetic for global consistency. A passion for concepting for larger campaigns and a keen eye for detail will be essential. This role will be focused on big picture concepts and brand design, producing stand out creative for various needs across multiple channels including but not limited to campaign launches, print/collateral, merchandising and various global/multi-channel projects. This position will report to the Director of Marketing but will work closely with the entire marketing department to integrate all creative needs for strategic implementation

• Work collaboratively and constructively on all creative projects, to support the marketing team. This is inclusive of social/email, merchandising, ads, education materials, presentations, schematics, trade shows, etc.
• Develop cohesive designs that align with branding visuals and overall objectives.
• Maintain global brand guidelines to achieve consistency in all branding efforts with each channel and country.
• Collaborate with Marketing Content Manager on creative ideation for launches and marketing campaigns.
• Develop direction in workable elements like sketches, graphics and illustrations.
• Bring concepts, presentations and prototypes to life.
• Assist Marketing Content Manager on set as needed.
• Assist in building creative Go to Market decks to present to key stakeholders prior to launches.
• Create best in class graphics to support go to market strategies for all new launches and core, used across multiple channels including video, print and digital.
• Input for social assets on creative flow and aesthetic consistency in design.
• Video animation/ video editing
• Have a keen eye for design details and be able to come up with fresh ideas to approach.
• Contribute to fresh and new concepts for print collateral, education materials and other marketing touch points.
• Create detailed presentations & training tools (both printed & digital).
• Have solid experience in file preparation in print and web (both CMYK for print, and basic web set- up coding) needed to deliver final assets into the production environment.
• Manage all projects and tasks in BaseCamp to make sure things are delivered on time.
• Manage Digital Graphic Designer

• BA in a design, creative or related field
• 5+ years’ work experience in Graphic Design, preferably in CPG/luxury brand experience
• A well-rounded portfolio that highlights design, conceptual, marketing branding and identity expertise
• Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite - primarily AI, PSD, InDesign
• Thorough understanding of typographical principles, layout and current digital design best practices
• Image editing/photo retouching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including going the extra mile in order to achieve deadlines and/or meet changing needs
• Unrivaled attentive eye for quality and detail
• Impeccable file management and organizational skills
• Proactive and positive team member, problem solver and excellent communicator
• Strong work ethic, reliable and flexible to different area(s) needs
• Desire to learn new things and evolve in order to keep in tune to current trends in the fashion, lifestyle, interior design, retailing, social media and general CPG aesthetics
• Knowledge of prepress and print process in order to proactively propose alternatives to future collateral.
• Basic video editing skills for social media a plus
• Basecamp experience and/or familiarity is a plus
