Our client, a growing name in the beauty and skincare space is looking for a Graphic Designer. This is a FTE opportunity that starts remote and will ideally be on a hybrid onsite schedule in the LA area. Remote options may be considered for the right candidate.

 General Summary: You'll be part of a rapidly growing team of creatives focused on brand building and digital execution The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, hands-on visual expert. Not only are you able to art direct and design innovative designs that exceed strategic and creative expectations, you are also able to bring a brand to life through conceptualizing and leading engaging content. You will work collaboratively with our acquisition teams across multiple channels to create and produce interactive materials that drive conversion. The ideal candidate is very social media savvy and in the know of new design trends, techniques, and tools in the digital world. You’ll tell stories with visuals that draw our customers in — focusing on driving sales while building our customer loyalty and brand awareness. In order to be successful in this role, you need to be able to work on a multitude of projects, working efficiently and thoughtfully to always deliver on time and on target creative. The right fit is someone who is a creative and strategic designer, with a passion for evolving brand & digital assets creation, and who is willing to jump in and make an immediate impact on the business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Design unique, cutting-edge digital assets for a direct response, subscription-based company, always approaching content with a sales-focused mindset and passion.
•    Collaborate with the acquisition channels in planning of cohesive digital assets, conceptualizing, and creating performance marketing ads that drive prospective users to click and convert on our ads
•    Work closely with copywriters to strategically think about business problems and create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the message and goal required by the marketing team
•    Be creative, have an eye for detail, and possess strong time management skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently in a deadline driven environment.
•   Work hand-in-hand with creative strategists to elevate and conceptualize brand ideas and pitches.
•   Bring early stage product concepts to life through mock-ups and simple wireframes.
•   Work closely with Creative Director to deliver and maintain style guides for Meaningful Beauty.

Experience and Skills:
•   3-5 years of graphic design and creative experience
•   History of in-house agency management and client servicing
•   Superior technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite
•   Superior sense of design, color, image composition and typography
•   Extensive knowledge of both digital and print production, (some packaging experience desirable)
•   Possess self-motivated creativity and strategic thinking in fast-paced environment
•   Portfolio of design work
