Sr. Growth Marketing Strategist Overview:

As a Senior Growth Marketing Strategist, you will collaboratively lead client engagements, while setting go-to-market and scalable growth strategies.

Sr. Growth Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Guide strategy for multiple client accounts
  • Own client relationships for multiple accounts
  • Maintain open, clear and consistent dialogue on account status, health, goals, next steps, etc. with clients and internal team
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Lead, mentor and motivate team members
  • Champion team adherence to agile and scrum philosophies and methodologies Lead workshops, sprint 0s and other facilitated strategic learning sessions
  • Lead sprint planning and retros Implement best practices for client and team interactions
  • Execute on tactics across multiple marketing channels
  • Delegate tasks to team members and specialists, as appropriate
  • Coordinate with experts from other 352 disciplines, as appropriate
  • Manage projects to ensure high-quality execution and timely completion Integrate specialists into relevant strategic and tactical communication and decision-making
  • Provide specialists clear guidance and necessary resources to complete client tasks Interpret and convey data on key performance indicators to clients and team
  • Translate data and insights into actionable next steps
  • Ensure growth strategies and tactics are informed by data and have measurable results
  • Hear and incorporate feedback from department members and clients Manage client budgets and identify opportunities to grow client relationships

Sr. Growth Marketing Strategist Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven ability to build, maintain and grow client relationships
  • Exceptional understanding of digital strategy
  • Ability to effectively work hands-on across multiple digital channels
  • Experience leading new business and driving organic revenue
  • High emotional IQ
  • Respected by peers
  • Ability to work seamlessly across multiple client accounts
  • Adept at building consensus across groups – internal and external
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes initiative
  • Experience managing multiple agency and client relationships
  • Commitment to excellence with a positive and resilient attitude
