Our client is a world recognized Beauty and Retail brand is looking for a Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Operations to join their team on a fulltime basis, starting immediately. 

Overview:

The Sr. Manager of Ecommerce Operations is responsible for the delivery of superior digital experience for customers, and maximizing operating profit, through strong operations and business planning processes, launching new digital capabilities, and driving omni-channel fulfillment.  Success in this role requires operational accuracy, strong analytical skills, ability to set priorities, and the ability to instill urgency and a sense of accountability across many cross functional partners.

 This role will ensure customer satisfaction through the end-to-end journey by identifying and resolving unstructured site and business problems/opportunities through close collaboration across Ecommerce, Merchandising, Digital Product, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.


Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Operations? Responsibilities:

30%: 

  • Provide leadership and development for Ecommerce planning team, ensuring forecast and reporting accuracy and inventory prep is executed to meet customer demand.  
  • Partner with P&A to place warehouse inventory fence to deliver Ecommerce and Marketplace business plans.  
  • Optimize inventory allocation to fully utilize Enterprise Fulfillment.

25%:

  • Manage business implementation of digital product builds and upgrades and coordination across Product, IT, and Ecommerce.  
  • Develop and execute project plans for major cross-functional initiatives.

25%:

  • Provide day-to-day management between Ecommerce, Digital Product, IT and Analytics teams to report, respond to, escalate, and resolve customer issues across the website & post order experience.  
  • Partner with Digital Operations and Director of Ecommerce to prioritize product backlog. 

10%:

  • Price and Promotion oversite, ensure all promotions are set up accurately and within standards to prevent fraudulent or abuse of promotions.  
  • Partner with digital marketing, customer care, and CRM to mitigate promotion and pro discount fraud, abuse, and reseller activity

10%:

  • Daily Site Health and Error Monitoring, manage on-call staffing during non-business hours

Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Operations? Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in digital commerce, IT, Merchandising 
  • 3-5 years related ecommerce or product experience preferably with a multi-channel retailer
  • 3-5 years related business planning and forecasting experience (Merchandise Planner, Buyer, or Finance)
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce solutions such as Yotpo, Narvar, Rio, Salesforce
  • Experience with Digital Analytics with Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, or Adobe
  • Experience with BI, SQL or Tableau reporting
  • Innovative thought-leader and strong self-starter
  • Digital acumen, with a high attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve accuracy issues
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-evolving business environment
  • Process driven with experience in change management
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
