Job description

The Senior Marketing Coordinator position provides marketing, graphic design, and support to the Beta team in the Los Angeles office. This role executes the corporate marketing strategy and initiatives while providing insight to corporate marketing on how these strategies are best refined for optimum execution. The overall goal of this position is to provide the best marketing, graphic design, and business development support in our industry while enhancing the brand. The successful candidate in this position will play a critical role in the support the brands retail real estate advisors and the presence of the brand.

This role requires a collaborative attitude and offers a well-rounded marketing position with opportunities for growing knowledge and experience in all facets of marketing, graphic design, business development, and commercial real estate. This position works directly with the Creative Director which will provide access to the best marketing and design software, tools, and templates in the industry as well as ongoing training.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Ensure all communications, presentations, and collateral enhance the brand and are in line with the brand guidelines set by the Creative Director
  • Create printed and digital marketing packages, tour books, and presentations for property listings, brand representation clients, and business development pitches
  • Create, send, and report e-mail blasts for property listings, brands, newsletters, and other announcements
  • Create and maintain property listings, client information and team member information on the Beta website, CoStar, CREXI, and other third-party sites
  • Maintain, update, and segment contact databases and email distribution lists within the corporate CRM Assist brokers and research analysts with market aerial map creation as well as demographic and traffic count research as needed
  • Assist in aspects of computer usage related to marketing including e-mail signatures, styling documents according to the Beta brand standards Vendor Management ·
  • Coordinate property sign creation, install, and removal ·
  • Coordinate site plan redraws and property photography Communications, Public Relations, Social Media and Events ·
  • Create transaction-related press releases and deploy to local media 
  • Revise new hire and promotion press releases for local media distribution
  • Work with team members to submit market/industry award applications
  • Assist in event planning for regional trade shows or nearby corporate events
  • Assist brokers with enhancing and maintaining their professional presence on LinkedIn
  • Manage social media accounts by maintaining brand standards, distributing relevant content regularly and increasing followers

Job Requirements Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design, marketing, communications, or advertising
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred
  • Experienced in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio
  • Team player and collaborative attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar as well as organizational, project management and communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to wear multiple hats, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator)
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
  • Strong Google Suite skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • E-mail marketing, public relations, social media, and event coordination experience is a plus
