Own and manage paid media budgets and media planning, executing marketing platforms including TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, etc., ensuring we surpass benchmarks and knock it out of the park for our clients!
Evaluate and recommend optimizations to hit KPIs on an ongoing basis.
Generate reports highlighting key metrics and providing insights into optimizations.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Paid Media to help inform upcoming strategies related to current market trends, costs, and opportunities across platforms.
Work cross-functionally on both Newsette brand paid social strategy as well large-scale client activations.
This role is ideal for someone interested in both media buying and strategy, as we believe this mix is extremely valuable and collaborative. Supporting our creative team throughout the production process will ensure that we always have an eye on media-first best practices and that we’re getting what we need from a technical aspect of running media. We believe this is the magic that ensures a seamless content + media strategy that drives success.
2+ years of experience with media buying or similar.
Passionate about building, managing, and optimizing multi-million dollar campaigns on TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, and/or Twitter.
Understanding of TikTok’s and Facebook’s advertising creative standards and what it takes to stand out in the crowded marketplace.
Excited to stay up to date with platform updates + trends. We are nerds and are seeking others who are eager to learn new platforms and ensure we’re at the cusp of all things digital!
Experience with influencer/celebrity content is a huge plus.
Experience working with cross-channel teams on a shared campaign goal is a major plus.
Agency experience is awesome
