Popular Beauty Brand in LA seeking a Sr. Product Development Coordinator!
Will help with the development of both color cosmetics and skincare products and other beauty categories.
• Create initial product briefs including product concepts and benchmarks for vendors to begin the product development process
• Organize and maintain physical PD library including all project lab masters, PPS samples, vendor comps and submits
• Assist senior team members with communication with packaging and formula suppliers
• Brief suppliers on specs and pricing to bring the products to market
• Source product and packaging development including formulation, components, box art
• Request formula, marketing sample and technical information from various suppliers, ensuring quality at every stage
• Request, create and file regulatory documentation
• Research and monitor existing product offerings and identify potential new product opportunities
• Research new market launches and analyze competitive offerings
• Attend bulk trials and first productions for new launches when require
