Our apparel client is growing and looking to add a Sr. Product Line Manager  to one of their luxury brands. This role is problem-solving and creative with a keen ability to influence across brand matrix and organizational counterparts to align on strategic direction. The Senior PLM will support the Omni-channel merchandising and distribution teams, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders by acting as a central communication channel and delivering globally relevant and brand-right product reflective of our consumers’ needs. A strong candidate for this role is consumer obsessed, passionate about product and a great team leader.

Responsibilities:

-Working autonomously to deliver, cultivate, and strategize merchandise line plans

- Guiding processes with design, development, sales and global marketing teams to create premier product and managing the global product line through full life cycle

- Encouraging, managing, and interpreting all regional input to the global product process for the design and development of market right product

- Present and articulate how direction will achieve seasonal targets to Brand Leadership

- Creating concept briefs with end user product feature/benefit and cost structure

- Apply critical thinking skills to support seasonal strategy for multiple categories

- Oversee and guide strategic 3-year plan for multiple categories

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of related experience (retail, product line management, merchandising, product development, and design)

- 3+ years management experience

- Senior-level experience analyzing and translating trends and market information to inform category and product positioning, distilling, and prioritizing business opportunities to make effective decisions

- Experience leading, managing, and influencing in a matrixed environment, catalyzing alignment between product, sales, and marketing

- Thorough knowledge of merchandising and retail match, with ability to mentor junior team members

- Experience independently developing strategic plans, with ability to perceive the big-picture and communicate an impactful vision

- Experience designing and delivering compelling presentations for small and large audiences
