Our Agency client is looking for a senior software engineer to scope, build and implement custom integration solutions. This is a unique opportunity on the Professional Services team to be creative in solving the custom integration needs for prospects and customers.

Required Duties and Responsibilities
- Company platform expert
- Provide pre-sales support by providing guidance if custom solutions are needed
- Assist customers by scoping, building and implementing custom solutions from start to finish using the following technologies:
- Node.js, JavaScript, ES6
- React, Redux
- AWS, Serverless Lambdas, IAM
- HTTP, REST
- Web Authentication, SAML, OIDC
- Review proposed solutions with team architect based on established architecture
- Ensure quality and supportability of solution by providing thorough documentation, testing, monitoring and alerting for support teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of marketing automation experience
- 2+ years of experience with the following technologies:
- Node.js, JavaScript, ES6
- React, Redux
- AWS, Serverless Lambdas, IAM
- HTTP, REST
- Web Authentication, SAML, OIDC
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Sugar and MS Dynamics and other CRM environments
- A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proven client-facing skills for scoping and gather requirements
- Ability to convey plans, issues, and concerns to clients and team members in a clear, logical, and concise manner
- Excellent writing, listening, and client-facing communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Ability to work under minimal direction; self-sufficient and personally motivated to deliver excellent service
