Our company is the customer training and certification group responsible for building learning solutions that help millions of customers unlock the full potential of our companies industry-leading collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Trello, and more.

Overview
As the UX Designer, you will work closely with product, engineering, and content leads to help shape the future of our customer education. You will guide cross-functional teams through the design thinking process, drive UX strategy, and conduct primary design activities including research, prototyping, and usability testing. You will be deeply involved in the entire design process, from defining vision and strategy to delivering and testing new designs.

What you will do

· Partner with product management and engineering to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and run design workshops.

· Define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback.

· Conduct and apply customer research to deliver more effective strategies, prototypes, and final designs.

· Drive a user-centered design process to deliver a seamless, unified experience across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

· See the whole user experience, not only the part you’re working on, and identify what needs to be added and what needs to be removed—help the team simplify and focus on high-priority user needs

· Design iteratively—constantly sketching, showing work in progress, communicating your progress, validating with customers and data, shipping, learning, and evolving.

· You have experience with all aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research and testing, developing user flows, creating wireframes, creating prototypes, and creating annotated design specifications.

· You have strong self-management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and project schedules, and a willingness to collaborate across levels and roles.

· You are proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, MURAL, etc.

· You are a strong storyteller who can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely; you listen carefully and seek to educate and elevate your teammates.

· You have experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive cohesive and delightful customer experiences.

· You have experience driving design thinking processes to build consensus with cross-functional peers, key partners, and executives.
