As a UX Designer on the Platform Experience team, you’ll be creating concepts and designs and leading the new expansion of our website products focusing on the best employee experiences (Employee Wellness, Workplace Command, Employee Workspace, and Help Desk.) You’ll be working alongside other UX disciplines, development, and product management.

*Your Impact:* A day/week in your life as a UX Designer will include:

* Maintaining a user-centered design approach as you tackle complex design problems

* Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders

* Function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing

* Advocating for simple, modern design and adherence to design conventions (e.g., responsive, accessibility)

* Mapping out interaction user workflows that take into account cross-product integration

* Creating annotated wireframes (low fidelity to high fidelity and everything in between)

* Participating in product research and analysis, always striving to know the customers you for which you are designing

* Collaborating deeply with user researchers, product managers and the engineering team throughout the product lifecycle to ensure your designs are addressing user and business needs, feasible to implement, and are subsequently implemented accurately

* Helping to define design patterns that can be used across the entire product ecosystem-

* Working on fast-paced projects, requiring attention to detail and working within constrained timelines

* Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain a high-level understanding of the capabilities of the platform

* Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide

*Minimum Requirements:*

* An understanding of user experience, user research, interaction design, and design principles

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in HCI, interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking or related field.

* 6-8 years of experience in UX/Interaction Design

* A professional portfolio demonstrating interaction design experience

* Relevant work experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams with well-rounded expertise in visual, interaction design, and prototyping

* Problem solving and communication skills that demonstrate you know how to 1) understand user needs, 2) translate those needs into modern and intuitive experiences, and 3) justify design choices and adjust decisions based on feedback-----Know the rules of good interaction design and know when to break them

* Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Hand drawn sketching, Figma and Sketch)

* Technical acumen with web technologies HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities across platforms

* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment

* Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines

* Ability to lead and manage large design initiatives

* Plus: Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, accessibility, mobile apps, and analytics is a plus An online or digital **portfolio is required** to apply for this position. *

Qualifications:*

* Experience working, designing and maintaining design systems

* Experience with CRM or enterprise software

* Experience designing enterprise dashboards and reports for large data sets

* Knowledge of the psychology behind information visualization
