Currently they have two full-concept locations in NYC that include a wellness shop, cafe, and treatments including IV Nutrient Therapy, Infrared Saunas, and Cryotherapy. Founded and funded by seasoned leaders in the wellness industry, the company has become a destination for those looking to refuel and relax.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead store operations in driving a profitable and customer-centric environment while supporting product and appointment flow, client relationships, and total business operations. As a key member in driving sales and profitability, you report directly to regional leaders and managers, and collaborate with the total store team.

Store Manager Key Responsibilities:

SALES + PROFITABILITY

- Oversees the total business meets or exceeds the monthly sales plan

-Assess total store business unit using company + individual reporting tools

-Prioritizes and creates action plans to impact sales results on a weekly and monthly basis

-Provides total business and business unit insight related to the customer experience to General Manager

-Partners with the VP, Operations and Retail Director on priority product and allocation needs

OPERATIONS

-Manages and oversee stock-to-sales processes including ordering, receiving, and preparing product for the total business

-Manages business deliveries + shipments

-Maintains efficient inventory controls for the total store, and each independent business unit

-Oversees all facilities issues + needs

-Manages physical integrity including but not limited to visual standards, facilities, and IT

-Manages the total leadership + staff schedule to see all business units are supported and appropriately staffed

-Analyzes sales reports + gathers data in an effort to meet or exceed the total business sales

PEOPLE + DEVELOPMENT

- Facilitates thorough training + onboarding for all new hires, while maintaining training staff so all knowledge is current for said business unit

-Ensures development occurs through all levels of the team

-Delegates and leverages the skill sets and expertise of others

-Promotes a collaborative environment for optimal training and development

-Ensures that coaching and counseling is consistent and timely

-Sets goals for business unit managers + supports weekly meetings

-Takes responsibility for own development + professional growth

-Supports in identifying and training replacement in preparation for career progression

LEADERSHIP

-Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

-Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills

-Upholds all company policies and procedures, leading by example for their team

-Is a smart creative + entrepreneur, taking smart risks with measurable results

-Provides global business insight related to the customer experience + total store operations

-Builds and maintains collaborative + productive partnerships to best support the global business

-Resolves customer complaints and follows up for all unusual events, circumstances, etc.

-Anticipate, identify and ensures all client needs are being met to promote and maintain the highest level of guest service to all clients

-Acts as a liaison between HQ and the total store team by filtering communication of total business operations, HR, processes and customer initiatives

Store Manager Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred

-Preferably 2-3 years of store management or comparable experience

-Connection to a wellness driven mission

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

-Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills

-Ability to lift up to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
