24 Seven is partnering with our sportswear client to find them a Strategy Coordinator to join their team this Spring. This can be a fully remote role.Ideal Candidate:
-Preferred experience working in HR and helpful to have experience in strategy and planning, portfolio management, and or project management.
-Proficiency with Microsoft office tools to include PowerPoint and Excel.
Strategy & Planning Coordination
• Annual Operating Plan support – Initiative intake to create a clear portfolio view of the teams work for the year.
o Coordinating with teams to get a complete view of all initiatives
o Coordinating with teams to capture additional info needed, resourcing, initiative summaries, descriptions, and timing for roadmaps
o Creating templates
• Budget Planning & Support
o Coordinating with teams on budget planning to include completing templates (pre-year)
o Coordinating with teams to reconcile budget/spend (in-year)
o Participate in monthly Finance meetings, validate expenses, & follow up on questions
o Point of contact for questions from team members about their budgets
• Portfolio -
o Project mgt for subset of initiatives, and helping manage portfolio from intake through prioritization & status
o Creating or adapting project management tools (intake/prioritization, governance, project plans, etc.)
o Working with teams to track progress of projects (KPIs, risks, etc.)
o Coordination for a consolidated portfolio view/tracking across some Total Rewards initiatives
• Updating TR strategy documents (One pagers, progress tracking, etc)
• Capacity Planning – capture capacity updates with teams quarterly
• Total Rewards - coordination with teams to get highlights and updates to support quarterly business reviews
• Planning Calendar – maintain a 90 day rolling calendar of key dates for Total Rewards
• Deck support - Updating content (coordinating with teams to get content), consistent look/feel, creating summary slides, deck content including timeline slides
Team & Org
o Project Management
o All Hands Deck - formatting, coordinating content, logistics with Tech team, coordinate with HR team, summarizing team member milestones (anniversary dates),
o Coordinating Team surveys pre/post all hands meeting
• Onboarding Cohort - project mgt & coordination
o Tracking hires/starts, coordinating/scheduling sessions and follow ups
o Update and maintain an onboarding deck for Total Rewards ie. Org Charts and content
• Onboarding materials and coordination – coordinating updates to key Total Reward documents in the onboarding deck, Philosophy one-pagers
• General Project Mgt & Coordination -
o Return to office open house event
o Holiday event
o Coordination/support with partners such as the Communications teams for these events
• Headcount tracking and position Mgt updates - partner with our HR Managers to get positions approved for job postings, and to track our headcount number
• Tracking requisition status/updates with Talent Acquisition until positions are filled
• Org Chart updates
• Pulling reports to include Team Rosters
• Documentation & Box storage - Structure, set up and maintenance of Box folders
Data & Insights
• Coordinating metrics/sustainable processes to centralize key data for dashboards/scorecards/QBRs
• Data from various sources, Surveys, Reporting Teams, and functional teams
