SVP, Influencer Strategy - Overview/Responsibilities: 


•    Demonstrate a true passion for and understanding of pharmaceutical social media marketing, influencer marketing, emerging digital platforms and how they can be leveraged as part of our clients’ strategies
•    Push boundaries and never accept the status quo when it comes to creative programs, brand campaigns or other marketing initiatives
•    Thought leader for clients and agency; strategist who can act as trusted adviser for multiple clients and translate client objectives into successful programs
•    Ability to assess a client’s overall marketing mix and develop scaled multidimensional healthcare focused influencer programs (including paid, e-comm etc.)
•    Expert understanding of budgets, planning and impact against different influencer tiers
•    Provide best-in-class influencer marketing counsel specific to brand target consumer and marketing objective
•    Expert in social platform, pharmaceutical and influencer nuances as it relates to strategy, influencer tiers, and verticals
•    Work within an integrated PR and digital team and develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients – their business, products, markets
•    Develop and participate in new business presentations – articulating a clearly defined strategy that maps to client goals
•    Develop concepts and programs for a diverse client roster across different industries
•    Partner with client and account teams across different functions to deliver impactful results
•    Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends – sharing your knowledge/learnings with a broader audience
•    Contribute your ideas and work as part of an integrated, inter-disciplinary agency team


SVP, Influencer Strategy - Qualifications:


•    8-10+ years of agency experience with a focus on pharmaceutical and influencer marketing.
•    5+ years in the digital space with proven experience delivering successful digital/social programs across channels
•    Passionate about Influencer Marketing and up to date on trends, best practices and innovations is a must
•    Digital fluency - confident in speaking to and educating about the rapidly changing digital landscape, including platforms, technology and innovation
•    Experience running sizable influencer campaigns from start to finish, including managing approximately 100+ influencers simultaneously
•    Experience negotiating contracts with influencers
•    Experience managing teams and budgets of $1 million+
•    Strong knowledge of digital culture, talented writer, clear communicator, engaging presenter
Creative, flexible and self-motivated
•    Agency or property experience in building influencer or content led branded programs ideal
•    Experience buying/managing influencer/content in the digital space and interacting with brands, agencies, MCN’s, influencers
•    Strategic understanding of traditional, digital/social specific media marketing in addition to appropriate metrics of success
•    Robust network specifically within the in digital / social space; knowledge of various agencies and networks and who and how to work with them to construct talent partnerships
•    The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams a must
•    Strong relationships with talent representation and digital/social networks
•    Strong communication skills; written, spoken, presentation, etc.
