Job description

Fashion brand is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Recruiting team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key player on the Talent Acquisition Team, supporting and partnering with the Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters to hire and onboard top talent. *Please note, this position is on a HYBRID schedule (2 days a week in office - 3 days remote).

ESSENTIAL JOB ACTIONS
Leads and oversees the New Hire Offer Letter and Onboarding processes. Ensures excellent pre-boarding experience for newly hired candidates. Hosts or coordinates New Hire Orientation, virtually or in-person.
Fully owns the job requisition creation, approval and management processes.
Posts, updates and audits job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels.
Coordinates candidate interview processes and logistics. Coordinates interview or relocation travel as needed for candidates or new hires.
Creates, maintains and updates the weekly Open Position reports.
Hosts virtual or onsite candidate interviews as needed and facilitates an excellent candidate experience.
Owns the Candidate & New Hire Survey.
Assists Recruiters in tracking LinkedIn & ATS integrity; audits, keys and edits requisitions as needed and connects with hiring teams as needed to ensure proper completion and understanding of all hiring steps.
Assists Talent Acquisition Leadership with vendor relations and operations, system configuration and support ticket tracking. Updates and configures ATS and LinkedIn as needed.
Coordinates and manages the inventory of Giveaways & “Swag”; ensures collateral is sent or deployed for Recruitment Events and New Hires.
Assists Talent Acquisition Leadership and Recruiting Team with event planning and coordination; facilitates department meetings as needed.
Participates in team task forces and projects; assists with project coordination as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

1+ Year of experience in a support role working within Talent Acquisition/Staffing or Human Resources.

Excellent learning agility and flexibility, with a strong attention to detail.

Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus!

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Professional, polished verbal communication and writing skills.

Results driven in a demanding, fast paced work environment.
