Job description
We are looking for a strategic team member to elevate and lead talent acquisition!
Expectations Of the Role:
Lead full-cycle recruitment process
Evaluate our current state and deliver strategy to executive team
Lead employer branding initiative
Collaborate with hiring managers to implement job description accuracy and appeal, including success criteria definition
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine competitive market rate
Conduct interview training and interview plans with hiring mangers
Develop partnerships with Directors and above to proactively create staffing plans and candidate pools
Serve as an ambassador in all facets of the role delivering a delightful candidate experience
Foster hiring manager relationships by providing reports and recruitment transparency
Qualifications
Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Experience managing the full recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates)
Proficient with recruiting and HR software tools
Hands on experience with recruitment marketing tools
Ability to develop high quality relationships
Organizational skills and systems
Strategic and systems thinker
Experience & Education
Professional experience within Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
Marketing or Employer Branding experience is a plus
Certifications within Human Resources or Recruitment a plus
