Our client, a leader in the beauty and Retail space, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focused on social media and communications, to join the team on a freelance basis, and support the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be hybrid.  Role will be 6 months to start.

Product Designer expectations/requirements:

  • Create and implement digital (career website, CRM, and text) and social media messaging in support of attracting and engaging with external talent, working with key stakeholders
  • Be the go-to TA social media resource for our employer brand, working with stakeholders across the business and with third-party vendors
  • Create and post engaging social media content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Twitter
  • Organize and collateral, social media, CRM content and texts while continuously improving execution and measuring success
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on a daily basis
  • Produce and maintain metrics, data, and analysis measuring the effectiveness of social media recruitment efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Create and coordinate the development of compelling collateral, content, and resources
  • Ensure that brand postings align with local and enterprise business needs
  • Write templates for associates to use on their own social media posts
  • Update various social media posting guides / resources, including training decks
  • 1 to 2 years of digital marketing, communications, and / or talent acquisition / recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline preferred, but not required
  • A data driven mind; experience tracking and reporting key metrics designed to optimize strategies through measuring effectiveness, reach and engagement is highly desired
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, candidates, and HR colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
