Leading Orange County based lifestyle apparel / accessories brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter to join their team! The ideal applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be professional, have strong communication skills and a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition!
**This role will start out remote and will remain partially remote once the office re-opens.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Assist hiring managers with newly opened positions – sourcing candidates, reviewing applicants and sharing top candidates with hiring manager
- Conduct initial phone interviews and determine if applicant may be a good match for the position
- Coordinate and schedule initial phone interviews with hiring managers
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and schedule in person interviews accordingly
- Partner with outside agencies supporting search
- Maintain record of all open positions and status of applicants
- Ensure applicants are kept informed and have a positive interviewing process
- 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience
- High sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and stay very organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
