Job description

We are seeking a Talent Brand Specialist who will be a key member of the Talent Attraction & Engagement team within the Global Talent Acquisition function. You will be supporting Talent Brand and Recruitment Marketing as a centralized resource responsible for prioritizing and keeping projects on track as well as sourcing; creating authentic and engaging content for social media campaigns. • Partner with Talent Attraction Managers and leaders, as well as the Creative team to execute on deliverables for talent attraction strategies

Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with strategy and goals

• Manage projects for the team from start to finish (project requests, scope, budget allotment, project manage, to launch date)

• Optimize our vendor partnerships; manage the profile pages and content on Talent Brand sites in collaboration with the Comms team

• Partner with internal stakeholders across organization? s to source, create and repurpose content in services of our talent brand messaging

• Manage editorial calendar, assets and scheduling

• Support Talent Attraction; Engagement Director and Senior Manager in running team meetings.

• Build and maintain strong cross-collaborative relationships with partners across the business to understand and amplify their stories.


• 3+  years of Project/program management experience with the ability to plan and execute multiple activities, deadlines and deliverables

• 2+ years of social media content marketing experience in corporate

• Foundational understanding & experience in Talent Brand & Recruitment Marketing; Strong ability to prioritize, and stay motivated

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments

• Effective communicator and collaborate or with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Can do attitude, and a true team player, where no task is too small or too big to tackle 

• Bachelors degree
