Description: Create, Reviews & maintains Business Technologies (IT) Policies, Documentation & Communications. Works to create and update internal documentation, SOPs, policies and support documentation. A steward of all documentation that Business Technology manages and will ensure that it has a set schedule for review and update. Will communicate changes to the internal teams and ensure all customer-facing documentation is updated and linked to all relevant policies. Will work with internal teams and security to ensure process and documentation are updated and implemented within an agreed timeframe.
-Maintain a schedule to review and update internal and customer-facing documentation (SOP, Support, Process)
-Compare and reconcile internal, customer-facing process and documentation
-Change Management - Documentation & Process Documentation of workflows and processes that relate to security and audit standards
-Drive documentation and process improvement in a dynamic organization Help create and maintain a SOP and support infrastructure
-2-4 Years of Process and Technical Writing
-Prefer to have: Confluence experience MetricStream OR other GRC platform experience
