Job description

Our client, an acclaimed international agency, is looking for a digital and influencer enthusiast with a passion for content creation, influencer engagement and brand communications in the digital space. Our ideal candidate will be able to identify exactly who would be perfect for which brands and have the network to tap into them while also being able to conceive, concept and execute creative campaigns that deliver ROI. 

The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the fashion/ lifestyle landscape, a keen awareness of what’s happening culturally with a drive for innovation and creativity in the digital space and will be a skilled communicator and digital strategist. The position will focus on developing campaigns for clients ranging from luxury fashion to innovative and socially conscious consumer lifestyle brands and will work alongside the experiential, PR, and content production teams to execute 360 campaigns.


Job Responsibilities:
•    Develop digital and influencer marketing strategies 
•    Develop engaging social campaign and content concepts 
•    Amplify campaigns through the digital space leveraging influencers, social channels and media
•    Identify, establish and manage influencer/ brand ambassador programs and relationships
•    Demonstrated network across different verticals 
•    Work with the content team in-house to create compelling social content native to relevant platforms
•    Negotiate and execute paid partnerships with influencers and relevant partners
•    Compile weekly and monthly reports incorporating analytics, insights, learnings and opportunities
•    Proactively identify trends, happenings and relevant opportunities for brands 
•    Work hand in hand with leadership on both the digital and account side to identify opportunities for brand as well as new biz opportunities


Requirements:
•    Minimum 2-3 years of Influencer Marketing and Social Media experience and familiarity with or interest in the overall digital media and PR landscape
•    Familiarity with all social platforms, content requirements and how they relate to business
•    Must be familiar with Influencer management platforms: CreatorIQ, Tagger etc
•    Must have experience working with Keynote/PowerPoint
•    Must be extremely detail-oriented
•    Passion for Influencer Marketing as well as Social Media/Digital industries
•    Excellent client, team and project management skills 
•    Experience developing campaigns for fashion and consumer lifestyle brands
•    Functional knowledge with analytics and reporting
•    Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
•    High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
•    Capable problem solver and strong decision-making abilities 
•    Experience developing content marketing strategies and overseeing content development specifically for social media platforms
•    Experience amplifying campaigns and content and building online marketing strategies
•    Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite a plus Apply for this job
