Job description

Our client, a men’s clothing brand is seeking a TikTok Community Coordinator to join their Culver City team. The ideal person will also have proven experience identifying talent, seeding product at scale, and managing a network of ambassadors.

This role will step in to expand the brand’s existing influencer program, curate and manage a targeted “hype list” of TikToker’s, and take initiative on all fronts to scale inbound user-generated content and tags. They are looking for someone who has a pulse on who and what is trending...and why. This person lives and breathes TikTok, knows the relevant faces, and can identify talent who aligns with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a TikTok seeding strategy that aligns with the brand’s core values.
  • Identify relevant/trending tastemakers on TikTok. Your job is to know who the important faces are as well as having a pulse on up-and-coming talent.
  • Foster new relationships with influencers. Must have good relationship-building skills.
  • Seeding out as much product as efficiently and structured as possible. Simultaneously manage a high volume of influencer orders, shipments, and follow through.
  • Responsible for TikTok UGC/tagged video growth with the goal of turning TikTok into a revenue channel
  • Negotiate. Work closely with the Brand/Acquisition teams to negotiate and execute advantageous influencer contracts.
  • Track and analyze performance. Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting inclusive of top performing posts, impressions, engagement rates, highest-performing days and times, etc.
  • Work with Social Media Manager to identify & repurpose top-performing content on other social platforms.

Requirements/Qualifications/Attributes

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in influencer/ambassador programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of TikTok culture and trends.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume seeding programs
  • An outgoing and bubbly personality who can represent brands following its brand identity.
  • Willing to work after-hours to drive traffic at peak engagement hours.
  • Knowledge of fashion, sports/fitness, music, gaming, and other niche interests is a huge plus
