Looking for a Trade Show Sr. Associate
- Should have some trade show experience or PM experience, at the mid level.
- Will be assisting the project managers.
- Collaborating with project manager of each show to define the strategy and event requirements
- Assist in creation of pre-show deck package for each show
- Manage L-boards requirements and coordinate ordering for all shows where needed
- Coordinate Props and Plexi ordering and management for all shows
- Assist with logistics management for the shows by coordinating with logistics dept on shipments from show sites, warehouses, or from vendors
- Coordinate supplies ordering and management for the shows
- Assist directing onsite temp help in LA for set up, during the show, and tear down
- Assist with LA showroom front desk support and running the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly
- Preparing and managing all PO’s and PR’s for each show
- Assist in set up and teardown of other shows where possible
- Manage weekly meetings with GBU’s, other departments, and vendors
