-Provide an excellent candidate experience for applicants.
-Source qualified campus technical talent for open positions from identified campus and/or special events, LinkedIn/Handshake, networking.
-Manage campus candidate experience through the interview and hiring process, to include screening, interview preparation and offer extension.
-Communicate status updates to candidates to keep them informed throughout the process.
-Assist in "keeping candidates warm" post offer acceptance.
-Maintain updated candidate data in systems including but not limited to: Workday ATS, Sharepoint, Excel
Plus, but not required: Experience in high volume Campus Recruiting or Relations for technical roles (e.g. Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
