Our client is a growing beauty brand looking to at a US Marketing Manager to their team!

The US Marketing Manager plays an essential role in the development and
execution of the domestic marketing plan. This position supports the VP of US marketing and works closely with the US and Global marketing teams to create tools and resources needed to support sales and drive further brand success. 

• Develop clear, effective marketing and promotional strategies & toolkits for partners to execute easily
• Bring the brand to life by integrating long-term strategic vision into the annual and monthly marketing calendar, developing creative ideas/ themes for quarterly initiatives, new launches & other key brand moments
• Initiate creative briefing process for new program kickoffs, sales support assets, and domestic specific programs
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Operations, and other crossfunctional teams 
• Serve as Marketing liaison for national retailer marketing teams
• Collaborate with National Accounts Manager to establish and implement annual marketing plan by account
• Ensure that national partner marketing programs are executed on time (eventing, GWPs, promotions, sampling, sales/education support, etc.)
• Develop initiatives and collateral to support newly opened stores or retail partners
• Partner with Global Marketing to produce and deploy successful marketing campaigns to support innovation and focus products
• Develop an annual event and sell thru plan to drive sales in professional channel
• Budget and monitor relevant marketing spend on a quarterly and annual basis
• Produce launch specific digital & social support toolkits for professional partners
• Collaborate with product development team, marketing, and sales management to drive lead goto-market strategies and launch tools including selling materials, promotional collateral, and sell-thru assets
• Develop marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, drive repeat purchase, and help sales to achieve growth objectives
• Partner with VP of Marketing and PR agency to develop annual strategic PR plan and budget
• Collaborate with PR team to drive new customer traffic to brand through relationship building with editors, makeup artists, and influencers

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of brand/product marketing experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of prestige/professional beauty market
