Duties:
Conduct user research on the company's core product including evaluative, foundational, and exploratory research.
Meet with stakeholders and identify research needs.
Propose research based on existing data that has not been explicitly proposed by stakeholders.
Generate reports and socialize findings with stakeholders and interested parties.
Skills:
Expertise with a variety of qualitative methods including but not limited to semi-structured interviews, diary studies, concept testing, and usability testing.
Expertise with basic survey research and analysis.
Education: Years of experience required:
Minimum 5+ years of experience conducting research
Experience: Research experience with SW UI and app UI.
Languages: English Read Write Speak
