Sr. UX Analyst
Boutique Agency is looking for a leading UX Analyst who’s passionate about structure, strategic to the core, and eager to jump in on a wide variety of projects — from digital platforms and product design to mobile apps and more. The ideal candidate should be both analytical and creative, be able to anticipate user needs, and solve complex business problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX projects is essential. Mobile app, e-commerce, and CMS experience is preferred.
You will be communicating with the dev team about research and insights.
UX Analyst Requirements:

• Master at turning business requirements into user-friendly solutions
• Applies empathy and considers human behavior in design solutions
• 5+ years experience in a UX design or related role
• You have experience leading small-medium projects and can demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Insatiable curiosity
• Comfortable leading stakeholder interviews
• Ability to conduct competitor and customer analysis
• Ability to articulate solutions and design thinking to clients and team members
• Natural collaborator that can ideate across teams
• Comfortable taking ownership and initiative
• Ability to execute thoughtful wireframes, user stories, information architecture, and taxonomy
• Ability to deliver heuristic experience evaluations
• A strong portfolio
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Adobe C-Suite, InVision)
• Ability to assist with content strategy
Nice to Haves:
• Experience prototyping in Principle and/or InVision
• Experience conducting user tests and delivering results
• Certified data nerd
• UX content and SEO writing skills
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Experience in E-Commerce UX
