Job description

The Digital Content Strategist, in conjunction with the Digital Marketing and IT teams, will be responsible for developing a content strategy.

This role is remote

This role is temp for 6+ months

MUST BE LOCATED IN USA and provide proof to work in USA 

You will be responsible for aligning our brand narrative with the digital team’s content strategies and decisions and overall business goals. You will also play the role of a creative and an editor, as you conceptualise and produce content assets that resonate with viewers across earned and paid platforms, with the aim of driving business goals.


Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute content strategies to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability while driving brand awareness and engagement.
•    Using analytics and creative ideation to increase the digital reach and engagement of website content
•    Collaborate with UX in user testing to identify strategic content best for various website needs and to identify what is performing

•   Once youve identified with with UX team about whats successful, you will work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content assets that are coherent with our brand voice and strategy -- aligned with what it performing well
•    Strategize, plan and execute the creation of original branded content for various digital needs, including ensuring the final content assets meet business needs.
•    Identify and oversee creative talent for content creation, including photo and video shoots, such as creative agencies, photographers, videographers, copywriters, stylists, models, etc.
•    Collaborate with regional marketing teams to create geo-targeted content and elevate existing regional content to align with digital guidelines.
•    Manage and direct various digital style guides for regional marketing teams to ensure elevated and high-quality content across digital platforms.    
•    Manage 2 direct reports 

. QUALIFICATIONS
•    Analytical and quantitative; enjoys using data to derive deep insights into the business
•    Familiarity with UX – completed UX training a plus
