Experience Design Lead
About
We are looking for Experience Design Lead to help design a website experience for a market leading events platform. Working in a sprint team you will be working on a wide range of design activities from upfront discovery & research through to detailed design. You’ll work on both B2C & B2B experiences. You will be comfortable designing a consumer centric site, based around audiences with diverse needs and push the experience to create the best in the sector.
We are looking for someone that can support our clients into defining and designing an experience and a platform that generates excitement and interest in the market, and that builds their foundations for future growth.
Must haves:
6+ years experience in a similar role
Experience defining value propositions, personas, user journeys
and prototypes
Experience with detailed design systems
Comfortable working in a high-paced environment and making evidence-based decisions when faced with multi-options
Able to bring high-level concepts to life
Experience in benchmarking experiences against market leaders
Experience running user research (specifically interviews and usability testing)
Excels at simplifying complex problem spaces into elegant and impactful solutions
Up to date with the latest UX and UI
Great to haves:Familiarity of the product process and working with product owners to translate journeys into epics and stories
