Our client, an agency recently listed as one of the Fastest-Growing companies in America, is seeking a Sr. UX/UI Designer to join its dynamic, growing team for an ON SITE full time direct hire role:Qualifications:
-5+ years experience in UX/UI Design
-Strategic approach showing a comprehension and focus on driving business goals
-Portfolio which features multiple enterprise websites where you were the lead UX designer
-Expert in Adobe XD
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Producing award-worthy creative which drives measurable success for clients, optimized to meet targeted performance metrics
• Producing fresh, cutting edge digital and web concepts and designs which demonstrate vision and leadership in marketing
• Creating and nurturing dynamic creative partnerships throughout the creative team and agency
• Training and mentoring supporting team members, and assisting them with creative tasks and technical details
• Client and account presentation, participation and involvement (on and off site, including travel)
• Excellent strategic communication, in person and in writing
• Planning and structuring projects and then keeping projects within all progressive and final deadlines
• Producing technically correct and polished creative
• Total accuracy in production, revision and QC
• Keeping your projects within budget
• Coordination of vendors
